I feel confident and strong every time I do this pose. Think about how it makes you feel when you perform the pose and let me know!! - Here is a video of the modification for Day 3 of #LetsBeginYoga2018. - The first 4 steps of the instructions are the same as Modified Warrior 1. 📍From Table Top Pose, lift your right leg up and pull leg through in between your hands. 📍Make sure your knee is directly above your ankle. 📍Swivel back leg towards the right. (About 60 degree angle) 📍Back knee needs to be directly beneath the hips. 📍Open your hips out toward the side and open your arms.
