I Started To Suffer Depression, After An Accident/Injury At Work On: 13-10-2002 ,When I Was 18 Years Old,
I Couldn't Cope With Chronic Pain/Left Wrist/Upper-Limb Disability After My Accident/Injury At Work,
For The 1st Few Weeks/Months I Just Thought The Mood Dips Was From The Aftermath Of Accident & Continued Pain/Wrist Disability,
Yet It Wasn't Until I Saw My G.P. In March/April 2003 From Memory & I Was Told I Was Suffering From Depression & Anxiety, I Saw Clinical Consultant Psychologist & Clinical Consultant Psychiatrist Whom Confirmed Moderate - Severe Clinical Depression, & Anxiety/Panic-Attacks, I Started On 1 Anti-Depressants Before Seeing Any Mental Health Services, 1st Anti-Depressant Made My Depression/Moods/Suicidal Thoughts Worse & Later Put On Ciperlax Escitalopram Anti-Depressant 1 Month Later, & Increased Over Years Too :)
Some People Like Myself Will Live With Long Term Moderate - Severe Clinical Depression ,That Will Last & Dip From The Onset Of Diagnosis/Trauma, & Last Year's To Life Like Myself,
For Some It'll Last 6-12+ Months Or Less,
Not Each Depressed Sufferer Suffers In Same Way Either, Some May Go Through Several Anti-Depressants Or Therapies, Some Never Need Medication & Survive With/Without Counseling.
Never Be Uncomfortable Or Ashamed To Talk About Mental Health & Life,
The Shame & Embarrassment Should Come From Not Talking About Your Mental Health, Life, Mental Health Wellbeing, Or Others Needs & Struggles Either :)
Always Seek Help From G.P. , Friends, Families, Mental Health Services, Mental Health Charities, :)
