Afritadang Vege Lona Ingredients: 2 Tbsp oil 2 Tbsp garlic, crushed 2 Tbsp onion, red, sliced 1/2 kilo AUP Health Foods Vege Lona 2/3 cup potato, cut into chunks 1 cup carrot, cut into chunks 1 Tomato Sauce (200g) 1/3 cup bell pepper, red, cut into strips Pepper and salt, to taste Water, as needed Preparation 1. Fry Vege Lona, potatos and carrot. Set aside. 2. On a separate pan, sauté garlic, onion, and bell pepper. Add AUP Health Foods Vege Lona and water. Season with pepper and salt according to taste. Simmer for 10 minutes. 2. Add potatoes and carrot. Simmer for another 10 minutes. Add tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
