Regarding your response to the ask about the RT Pride shirt, I'll believe they "are standing unequivocally in support of LGBT+ people" when they actually bring Kdin on a podcast to talk about the particular trans issue of the moment. It's happened over and over again lately and they don't seem to be making any effort to have her on any of them (not even Always Open, which makes the most effort re: diversity), and I hate to hear them fall short again and again and get so much wrong they shouldn't
basically, yeah
i mean i’m glad they’re standing in support, but i just think there are better ways to do that than profiting from us, even if they are donating some of that profit to The Trevor Project
there are ways they could support LGBT+ people far more effectively than a shirt that they’re making money on
