Yoga breakdance 🙃😲 I went rifling through all my video and fell across this... I think I was trying to do @animalflowofficial on yoga mat and quickly realized why they don't use mats or small spaces 😏😆 . When I first started my fitness journey 8 & 1/2 years ago. I thought that "working out" was going to the gym and running on a treadmill for X about of Hours! Mostly because that's what all the girls did. . A guy friend of mine was persistent enough in asking me to go the gym with him, he promised he was going to show me how to lift weights "Work Out" as he said. One day I finally agreed to go with him... Mostly because I just could stand running on the treadmill any longer lol ... I was bored! . ... Fast forward to today I have now been a personal trainer for over 4 years and also newly a yoga teacher. I knew in my heart there had to be a better way. But often what we resist the most.. we need the most of... side note - I keep learning that lesson over and over it seems lol 😋☺️ . Through all my years of different kinds of fitness experiences, the most important thing I have have learn is to move everything single day. It doesn't have to be an hour in the gym, it doesn't even have the be an hour of yoga! To be completely honest it only takes about 8-15 mins of exercise for your body to release endorphins (feel good drung). 8-15 min of your day that can change everything! .
