Levante’s Tickle Parts IPA on tap at Guppy’s in Conshohocken, PA. A 3 of 4. Smells mostly of orange citrus and some other tropical and herbal notes in the background. Moderate fruity sweetness in the body, and some nice firm bitterness to cut through it. Medium body, and clean finish.
No clouds in the sky today, but this triple IPA is pretty tasty.

Levante Brewing - Ambient Solstice : Sour IPA brewed w/Blackberry, Blueberry, Plum, Tart & Sweet Cherry ベリー、ネクタリン、酸っぱいブルーベリー、ハイカーボネーション。クランベリージュースのように甘酸っぱく、ちょっぴりタンニンのような渋みや苦みはホップ由来？口から鼻に抜けるMosaicのつぶつぶとした香りがベリー感アップ。酸味が効いたベリースムージーIPA！サワーエールというより、ホップが効いていてやはりIPAに酸味が加わったような雰囲気。
