So a little while ago I FINALLY reached level 70 with Scholar/Summoner, the only magic jobs I still had left to grind. So Pepean has now reached the level of “god of magic”! As with every time I cap all magic classes I’ve changed his appearance to coincide with the amount of aether going through his body. His skin is now much darker and his eyes have nearly lost their colour. I’ve also filled in those blue marks on his face completely now. Yes, I know it’s body paint, but in my head-canon for this state his body’s aether currents are SO strong now that they’re visible on his skin.

I may or may not do a comic on this later, but I imagine once Eliza sees him like this she’d say “Hey... you’re still my lovable Lalafell, no matter what happens.”

Don’t really know what I can do next if/when the level cap goes up to 80, but we’ll cross that bridge when we come to it.
