Not well, so far. Too little time this week and not enough motivation. I plan to get it done today, however. :-) I also got behind on my workouts. Arg this whole 'doing stuff' thing is hard...

Not so great. I had a very bad day yesterday. I'm feeling very sad and ashamed. BUT I do have a run scheduled today, so I'm hoping that'll cheer me up a little. :-)

“21 Days Challenge - Day 1 & 2”

I've done okay. Actually, I lied. I've been eating like shit and I seriously can't get myself to quit.

lettmedowneasy, it is going to be alright. Today was crap and that’s ok. Let’s restart now. *hugs*

21 Days Challenge - Day 1 & 2

I set up my exercises core workout. It’s going to be a mix of table tops, superman, bananaman, yoga abs, hip circles, downard-facing dog to push-ups (I can only one proper push-up atm), flys, backstroke arms, bicep press, and the dreaded invisible chair. I will try to do drawings of them, as the names might not make to anybody apart myself. 

Of course, I don’t plan to all of them in the same workout; it would be too long. And I really want to stick to a 20 minutes workout, as it needs to stay feasible. Having numerous exercises will allow me to  changes, if I got bored/tired/unable to do some of them.

It’s day 2, I’ve planned my workouts, I haven’t done any. 0 workout out of 4 for this week.

New 21 Days Challenge - Goals

My first 21 Days Challenge was great. I’ve lost any weight, but I was candies free for 21 days and it is a massive achievement.

For this second 21 Days Challenge, I would like to build up ( and back) my core/abs/arms strength. Every month or so, I come up with a new ‘Let’s do 10 min abs per day’ and I do it for a week and then give up. I need to change that.

My goal is to do a 20 minutes workout on a regular basis: - 4 times, in week 1, day 1 - day 7, - 5 times, in week 2, day 8 - day 14, - 6 times, in week 3, day 15 - day 21. It will make it a total of 15 core workouts in 21 days. And that doesn’t include running and walking. I will post about the precise exercises I am going to do later.

This is Day One and we are rocking it!

Woke up at 2:00, this keeps happening, I’m sure some of it has to do with the absolute hype my body is in because I’m going on a date with boy, he did the freaking cutest thing: I asked what was the best part of last week for him, he asked if we met last week and then said that that was the best part of his week, i know it’s corny but oh God, it feels good. Then I’m also super excited because I’m going to Austin with my host family on tuesday.

I HAD to get up and eat one of kid’s protein bars because i was absolutely starving, even after a big dinner, and now I can’t fall asleep so I’ll make my 21 Day Challenge check up and my next 21 Day Challenge goals.

Last 21 Day Challenge’s goals were: - Training 4 times a week: I must say I did pretty good on this one, running about 2 or 3 times a week on average, paddle boarding, this past week I took on swimming, which I’ll be doing more of because the 2 mile run after the swimming days was the best run I’ve had in a long time. So this one is a hit.

- No artificial drinks: this one was a not so hit, I had one pink lemonade from Sonic the first week because host dad bought it for me, then the second week I had a Lipton Iced tea, another lemonade from Sonic, and I believe a Mountain Dew at some point. This last week, I had lemonade while dinning out, and one Diet Coke. So I’ll definitely work on this one. Another thing is, while I drank mostly water, last weekend was full of unhealthy foods because we had a party, and it lasted a few days after, but I’m working on that.

- The last goal was yoga every night, but I must say my mind is just not in a place to do yoga every night, so I didn’t try, my mind is too buzzed up by the time I go to bed, so for the next Challenge I’ll start doing it first thing when I wake up.

Now my goals: - Continue training at least four times a week. - Yoga at least four times a week, probably in the morning. - Practice french and dutch after yoga, creating a routine like I used to have. - Only natural drinks. - Meditate for at least a few minutes every day. - Draw for at least one hour each week.

@leviathlon inspired me to do this! @lettmedowneasy @oxymord let's do this! I'll also try actively to follow more of the blogs who have been doing this challenge
