21 Days Challenge - Day 1 & 2
I set up my exercises core workout. It’s going to be a mix of table tops, superman, bananaman, yoga abs, hip circles, downard-facing dog to push-ups (I can only one proper push-up atm), flys, backstroke arms, bicep press, and the dreaded invisible chair. I will try to do drawings of them, as the names might not make to anybody apart myself.
Of course, I don’t plan to all of them in the same workout; it would be too long. And I really want to stick to a 20 minutes workout, as it needs to stay feasible. Having numerous exercises will allow me to changes, if I got bored/tired/unable to do some of them.
It’s day 2, I’ve planned my workouts, I haven’t done any. 0 workout out of 4 for this week.
