Is it the same sweater they gave him in his birthday?

I theorized that Hange could be the one who knitted that sweater, because she know how to do it. (We can see this in the Manga and video games)

But seeing this, kinda confirmed!

Heyyy now that AoT finally ends I just wanna say thank you for making, and curating top-notch Levihan and the Vets content. I'm feeling emptiness because I dislike the ending, but to see that Hange and the Vets live endlessly in ways I much prefer through fans creation, I feel at ease. So thank youuu ㅜㅡㅜ
