Does Guttersnipe trigger with jump start -- is jump start a sorcery or instant, depending on the card type?
When you cast a spell with jump-start from the graveyard, you’re casting it and so cards like Guttersnipe will trigger as usual.
My opponent played Elusive Spellfist. I let it resolve and he played Expedite. I responded by playing Draconic Roar. He responds with Titan's Strength, and I followed up with Fall of the Titans, paying the surge cost of 1 Mtn and 3 mana. After Fall of, resolves his creature is gone. Does he get to scry from Titan's Strength and does he get to draw from Expedite?
No.
When Expedite and Titan’s Strength (and Draconic Roar) go to resolve, all of their targets will be illegal and the spells will be countered instead of resolving. None of their effects will happen.
With Sin Prodder, after I reveal the top card, if my opponent lets me put it in my hand, do I then draw another card? Or does that revealed card count as my draw?
Yes. You still draw a card normally when your draw step begins, which comes after Sin Prodder’s ability resolves.
If I discard a DFC that has a different type on each side, like Harvest Hand, do both sides count toward Delirium?
No.
The back face of a double faced card only determines a cards characteristics when it’s on the battlefield with that face up. Everywhere else, the back face doesn’t exist, pretty much.
My opponent plays a Dragonlord Silumgar and takes control of my Dragonmaster Outcast. On his next turn, assuming he still has six lands, will he get a dragon token or will I?
He will.
He controls Dragonmaster Outcast and thus controls its trigger.
My opponent cast Jori En and said that was one spell but I said Jori En can't count as its own first spell. How can its ability trigger to count itself before it's resolved? Or even after its resolved how can it count itself?
Jori knows how many spells you’ve cast this turn, even if she wasn’t around when you cast them. She’ll trigger if she was your first spell and you cast another spell after she resolved. She won’t trigger if she was your second spell and then you cast another spell after she resolved.
If I use Pyromancer's Goggles to cast Crumble to Dust, will it make a copy because I had to pay a Mountain? Or does its colorlessness nullify the Goggles' ability?
Crumble to Dust is a colorless spell. It won’t be copied by Pyromancer’s Goggle’s ability.
I cast Ravaging Blaze with Pyromancer's Goggles, a Mountain, and additional 8 mana. My opponent only has one creature on the field. Will the copy also deal damage to the player even though there isn't another creature to target? (I have instants and sorceries in my graveyard for Spell Mastery.) In the end, am I dealing 8 damage to my opponent or 16 damage?
Assuming the creature you target will die to the first copy of Raving Blaze, then the second copy that tries to resolve will be countered on resolution because its target is no longer legal. Even with Spell Mastery, Ravaging Blaze only has a single target.
