when i first read this question i was like, is anon trying to find out if u were a bear in a past life
Given how much I like sleeping in winter and my affinity for raw fish, I’m gonna go with “probably that too”.

This reads like you are Marmee and your daughters are Amy/ (Or Beth) learning refinement and oh look there's Jo diving into a box
Polk marches to her own beat, for sure.

I'm impressed. I have to close my 3 in the bedroom if I'm crafting. They are rotten!!
If I were doing anything where I had to put something down on the table, I’d probably have to. I have one of those Rare Earth metal models I’ve been wanting to do for ages, but I know Deebs would try to eat bits of it. And Polk likes to knock shit off tables. When I do a puzzle I have to cover it with plexi when I’m not nearby, so that they don’t mess it up. But with cross-stitch it’s always in my hand, and Deebs has pounced a few times but she’s always gotten an immediate scolding and once (accidentally) got a swat across the nose, so she doesn’t do it so much anymore.

I like how they just roll with your sense of humor already, Sam. Sounds like a good fit for you and I hope you're enjoying the new job
Yeah, I managed to act normal for about a week and then threw in the towel. :D I do like the new job! It’s less stress, more power, and an interesting change.

But what's Sirius's opinion of papayas?
In my head I hear Gary Oldman roaring “PAPAYA: APPROVED!”

oh is it artisanal paprika season already?
In theory, because it’s warm in my condo, it’s artisanal paprika season year round, but the last few months I haven’t caught the fruit before it started to wither. I always give it a day too long, it feels like.
