Ingredients Brown rice noodles Portabella mushrooms Red bell pepper Garlic Vegetable broth Green lentils Quinoa Method: Sautéed garlic in a pot, add veggie broth and water, spices (bay leaf, tumeric, cumin, salt, pepper, cayenne, liquid amino) and let it simmer Sauté pepper and mushroom, add to the soup Boil and add rice noodles Add cooked quinoa and lentils Squeeze of lime and of course sriracha!
