There's this thing called self discipline... If you don't want to eat carbs put down the damn bread bowl and eat a fruit. However if you knew nutrition you'd know that you can have carbs and still lose weight! Omg! I'm shocked too (no I'm not) Eat quinoa, or wheat berries, or friggin popcorn Also if you do 20 minutes of running once a week and eat crap I have no sympathy for you.
