oh MASSIVELY i mean i think my whole identity is completely fractured. like not only am i always in three minds about everything but i am also just completely out of touch with the various aspects of my life and my self. there is rarely any cohesion in my personhood because it's always been about repression baby it's always been about getting by in the easiest way possible - which basically means strangling the parts of me that i feel are too complex or too authentic to be put on display (either for the convenience of others or to save myself from vulnerability.) i don't even think i would know how to be myself around most people even if i wanted to at this point. because i didn't really have the chance to figure out who i am and who i'm not to begin with
