@lieu-rey thank you for helping me revive my art blog with cursed fan art of a show i dont even watch. im ready to be brutally murdered by rwby fans
Just received this absolutely beautiful commission of my rwby oc Sapphira and young Ozpin! This was done by the fantastic @lieu-rey so please go check out the rest of her work!
All the love to @lieu-rey for allowing people to color their line art. They always manage to make Ozpin look fabulous, and I had a blast with this. Hope it looks alright.
Also, as an aside: appropriate, because it is hecking cold here today. -37°C is Canada, not hell, apparently.
4 and 22?
4. how did your elementary school teachers describe you?
Oh man, my elementary teachers LOVED me. I was so eager to please that I’d clean up after the other kids. It was terrible. I was like the teacher’s pet but with none of the perks.
22. role model?
In my school yearbook, I put my friend’s pet fish Silver as my role model. They do nothing all day, eat rocks when they’re bored, and have all their needs met for zero effort. Fish know what’s up.
😄
😄 - What has ever made your character laugh so hard that they almost passed out?
“One time, I passed over Miss Rose for a special mission due to my fear that she lacked enough stealth qualities to see it done safely. I was entirely unsurprised when the next day Qrow came barging into my office to plead her case, however, what I failed to expect was that the ‘debate’ was actually a demonstration and Miss Rose was in the process of climbing the outside of my tower in order to come in through the window I regularly left open for a certain corvid.
I had just filled my favourite mug and was in the process of taking a drink when her tap on my shoulder surprised me so violently that I ended up wearing its entire contents. I will admit, when it occurred to me what had just happened, ironically the situation was amusing enough, but the looks of sheer horror on their faces was so comical that I simply had to laugh, and then couldn’t stop.
Safe to say, I allowed her to go on the mission.”
😡 (ps: ur gr8)
😡 : Worst role play-related encounter and what advice you would give to others to avoid similar situations?
(Thank youuu, you’re awesome)
By far, the worst thing that my roleplaying with someone has ever done was the time that someone decided to stalk and harass me and those close to me for 6 months after I stopped interacting with them. It is the only time I have ever needed to threaten police action on someone and I remain grateful for the people that supported and protected me during the time.
The advice that I would give to anyone reading this is that sometimes you need to put yourself first. I’m a chronic people-pleaser and its difficult for me to outright refuse people or stand up for myself and I believe its due to this lack of assertion that the situation snowballed into something so horrendously out of control.
Roleplaying is a hobby. Its something that we do for fun, and if someone is making you uncomfortable or trying to emotionally manipulate you into threading with them you have every right to cut them out of your life. It doesn’t make you a bad person, and the only individual in the situation that should feel guilty is them.
I know it might be hard, but sometimes we need to put ourselves first and our foots down.
