How I believe Ozma's reincarnation works.

First thing to clarify, I believe there is no merge. Or rather not like how we've been picturing it taking place. I believe due to certain context clues, Ozma is the only one who gets merged. Whenever ozma reincarnates as we know, he goes to a like minded soul. This as we can guess can literally be any body. Man, woman, child, farmhand, king, drunkard etc. When Ozma incarnates into that person he takes on the mannerisms and characteristics of his previous host. Becoming them instead of the other way around. Bit by bit as this set incarnation goes Ozma becomes more like his current incarnation. Until finally they die and he passes onto someone else, rinse and repeat. Reason why I say there is no merger how we believe it to take place is because of this.

The God of Light says "Until your task is complete, you will reincarnate. But, in a manner that ensures you are never alone"

Ozma doesn't consume his incarnations, he lives and grows alongside them. That's what makes him different from Salem. And what makes sure he keeps his humanity.

My RWBY theory

Ok so like this might be kind of spoiler-y but since we know little about Vacuo and Shade academy I'm not tagging it. So, yeah, this is about Shade, specifically their headmaster there. So we know all of the academies have a relic and thus a vault so it's safe to assume the headmaster (well, headmistress but I'll get to that) is/was a part of Ozpin's group. And so far all of the characters have been based off of Wizard of Oz characters. Qrow being the scarecrow

Am I crazy to think that the headmaster of Shade academy is a.) A woman, and b.) Based on Dorothy, and c.) Maybe has a small dog?
