As soon as I put on my fucking life proof case my screen cracked. What the actual fuck. What can I do to get this fixed? Do I go to life proof and complain?? Please help

Lifeproof fre case is also giving me problems

If Tumblr mobile wasn't annoying enough, the lifeproof fre case I bought TODAY  isn't letting me use my lock button at all. I've already tried taking it off and putting it back on a few times, and the lock button will only work if the case isn't fully snapped shut... I'm afraid to tr anymore because the case can only be opened and closed to many times before the water proof protection stops working. My dad told me to take it, the bag, and receipt to at&t tomorrow to see if maybe they can fix the problem, maybe I have it on improperly. Idk, but using assistive touch just to lock the screen is annoying to me.
