I want everybody who's been eyeing my girl to slowly close their eyes
and think about what you've got, compare it to what I've got and ask yourself:
What do you think my girl wants?

I keep thinking I'm clever by saying I'm "half vaxxed and dynamite" but no one know what I'm talking about because no one cares about the band Lifter Puller and their album Half Dead and Dynamite.
My arm hurts a little, not nearly as much as a tattoo.
My struggle only knowing one other Lifter Puller Appreciator
In anticipation for the release of my The Price Of Salt EP tomorrow, I’ve added another playlist to the previous one that delves a little deeper into the literal and figurative influences that went into it all. Enjoy.

1997 (a playlist) - listen on Spotify
Every year since 2014, I've made a playlist of my favorite jams from 20 years ago. Here's the 2017/1997 volume. I used to put them on 8tracks, but now that 8tracks has the listening limit, I’m putting them on Spotify. Because of not being able to upload from my own library, there were a few super obscure releases that I couldn’t find, but the playlist is 66 tracks long as it is, so that’s okay. Once again, this is not comprehensive, it’s simply my all-time faves + some guilty/nostalgic pleasures. A little bit mainstream, a little bit indie. Some of this music is genuinely terrible, I realize that. Whatever. (Cover image is a photo of me n' my bestie circa '97.)
(If you’re curious about the previous volumes, I’ve made Spotify versions of those, too: 1994, 1995, 1996.)
