Probably to wake up and do 15 minutes of yoga every day (though I might switch it to night). It helps me recenter myself and start the day with a positive mindset. Thanks!
Sparking the Fire - Final Day! Jan 31
My goal was to have a sustainable workout regimen for my semester that consisted of 3 workout days. On the one hand, I have a cardio one that seems to work but not a strength one. On the other hand, I haven’t really had a normal full week of classes because of the snow. But I’m trying and have done well so far. I’ve learned that some Fitblrs around these parts have good taste in music lol. This whole not doing strength workouts is somewhat of a new development that I can’t explain so I guess I’ll try to tackle it next month. I’m planning on doing @fatmaninalittlesuit‘s challenge in February and am off to find the posts for it as soon as I finish this post. This challenge was a lot of fun and I really liked that everyone’s posts were reblogged to a central location. I think that’s a fantastic format for a challenge. I live in the U.S.

Lol yes things can throw me off and when I’m off, I’m WAY off. Hell, this Wednesday in particular I was in a miserable mood after having to go to class despite all the snow and ice still on the roads and on campus. I can just wake up not feeling it, I can have a day where I particularly hate what I’m seeing for xyz reason, something really serious can happen that will upset and distract me for the rest of the day, quite the variety of things are possible.
I really don’t know how to avoid the causes because it’s all very situational events I have no control over that tend to be the ones that do it for me. I haven’t found anything to help me out of it on a day that it happens. I just grind away at the day because I don’t really have a choice otherwise.
