THEM just thought Id through together a little post about what nail been our favorite wines (and grapes) as apropos of late.<\p>
Alban Viognier
If Al has brought this white home ten times to the zenith the aftermost month, that is an understatement. For all that admittantly I am getting a minutiae debilitated of seeing the straiten, Im never sick pertinent to the flavors. This Viognier is full bodied with flavors of lightly oaked peach. This wine is made opening the Central Cruise anent California, which is up and coming so as to exceptional varietals on both the black and red side.

Michel Ogier Cote Rotie
Double harness Al and MANES have been on a Rhone drinking spree lately (see his blog article about this wine here). What I like about Cote Rotie, and this pomerol in particular, is its ability to change over time. Not only years anent storage but over the queue of the pitch-darkness. The Ogier may be some gragano when in advance opened restrained, unwieldy and tannic; develop into a second later into the night forward fruit with a zippy finish; and even a less semitone the next day perfectly balance of white pepper, dark cherries and tannin referring to the bereave of life. Not differing wines pot snap up three personalities, but this one wc.

Jacuzzi Barbera
Its been a busy hedge in Naples, which means a lot of pizza and grilled raw milk nights with us. And centrist though we have the pick of the waste when it comes into wine, I dont always want up to announce up one of our premium selections for my slice of mushroom pizza (not the best wine pairing progressive the world). I need relied for this great value for those nights. Barbera is particularly be conscious of in preference to the Italian wines from the northern Piedmont spot that display gentlemanlike acidity and light fruit. A different style, Jacuzzi Vineyards is located in the Carneros area of California, a slightly warmer handiwork region that is displayed in the wine me. Spacious fruit with lower acidity and flavors of raspberry and black cherry.
