.Do you ever count floaters? If so, how many have you counted on a single map?

i don’t count floaters, that’d take me forever on some posts lol, but in a general sense, there are probably a few posts in my “floaters” tag that have a few hundred of them.

this post that i initially reblogged a while ago has a bizarre amount of floaters, like, hundreds of ‘em. here’s a screenshot with about half the map loaded:

I loaded them as fast as I could but it’s so spread out and there are so many of them,, I couldn’t fit them all on the screen ;-;

probably pretty common but I like to call these halo maps

halo maps is a neat name for them!

generally, loops are relatively common (i actually have a tag for them), but the ones shaped like this are less common, just ‘cause you need more dots in the loop for it to form a proper circle.
