If you’ve ever had to work with concrete in its hardened form - like breaking a wall of it or moving chunks of it - you KNOW how heavy, scratchy and cumbersome it is.......
So, why are you carrying a backpack of it around with you????????
“Weight Training”???
That may be FINE for building muscle..
BUT....................
It isn’t healthy for your Spiritual Connection!
Old beliefs of: you’re ugly; incompetent; stupid; unworthy; an outcaste; unlovable; weak; “bad”; too ‘soft’; angry; hateful; a “pushover”; a “dumb shit”;self-hatred; you need to be punished; all ALL BS!!!
Basically......ANYTHING that is not of LIGHT (and LOVE)is BS!!! and
are ‘weights’ around your Heart that inhibit you from experiencing
the BEAUTY OF WHO YOU ARE!
Master Yeshua stated that He, as the Christ Consciousness, had come that “your burden may be light”.
This has several meanings in my view: 1. knowing who you REALLY are deconstructs all of these FALSEHOODS, removing the “concrete” you carry. 2. your “burden” becomes LIGHT (which really isn’t a “burden” at all:).
THIS IS WHO YOU REALLY ARE!!!!!!!!!
TOOL: Imagine yourself standing at a railing over a deep cliff. Over your shoulders is a backpack full of chunks of concrete that are infused with all of the old Limitations that you have believed were Truths but are NOT! FEEL, where you are standing. FEEL the weight of the burdensome pack digging into your shoulders and back. Make this visualization as real as possible to you.
Now.....Remove this heavy pack, BLESS IT as FULLY as you can (the contents have done the best they could and are now no longer in service to YOU) and then....
sling it over the edge!!!!
Release all of these untruths as they tumble down the mountainside!!!!
Take Two deep breaths- in through your nose and out through your mouth.
And then FEEL the NEW “Pack of Energy” that is softly cradled against your back. FEEL and ALLOW the LIGHT WITHIN this pack to fill all those “spaces” within you where the old beliefs used to reside.
Breathe in this ENERGY as the TRUTHS held within this Pack integrate into every cell of your Being - at ALL Levels, Times, Places, Dimensions and Spaces!
KNOW that these Energies FREE YOUR HEART as well!
FEEEEEEL THIS!!!! KNOW THIS IS YOUR TRUTH NOW!!!!!!
Do your best to integrate ALL of this into every minute that follows.CHOOSE to “do your Life DIFFERENTLY based upon the REAL Truths of who you are!!
