The heart-shaped lightning is a tiny Byler clue in the final shot of Season 4: it appears right above Will and Mike's heads. This show has had electricity mean romance. Will's half of the heart is lit by lightning -- remember, he is the one who (kind of) confessed his love -- and there's the half heart above Mike suggested by a cloud that isn't lit up yet.
At the end of the Season 4 cast reaction, it lights up at JUST the right moment!
Another clue that Noah's line is specifically about Byler.
