An odd idea of mine but imagine this. Gotham is experiencing disappearances. People always disappear getting near the water. Dock workers, shady people making deals in a port. People start to say they otherworldly voice singing or a flash in water. One day Rogue(of your choice) spots something odd. A woman sleeping on nearby rocks in a water. Closer look shows her hair is not hair but wavy membranes and hers skin is oddly flashy and runs down into a majestic tail. Waking up, she does not attack. she doesn't have to, a bit of blood on her mouth says clearly she just ate. A mystery of sudden increase of disappearances is solved. Beautiful Siren with her hypnotic voice and deathening, pain-inducing scream. Curious, not scared, only cautious. She understands some of human language but has troubles speaking it clearly. Her accent is strong, but they are unable to point out what it is as the accent comes from her own language, making every word sound like a whistling melody. How would they react. Would they be hostile or try to befriend the beautiful monstrosity? And who would try to stop Batman and Aquaman from escorting elusive human-eater out of the Gotham waters?

It's been a while. Life is hard. Rogues of your choice with sleep-walking s/o? I just told stories to my coworkers about me going out of house in the middle of the night, dressing up at 3am, reading a book, suddenly coming to my friend spilling nonesense and talking bs or waking up my mom crying because I dreamed I broke my arm and I apparently walked to her bedroom mumbling how it's bad etc. I would love to see Rogues dealing with odd strange night adventures of their s/o, whatever their odd things would be

Can I get angsty? You wtote how some characters would react if hit by batman buuut....How would dork squad and black mask react if our S/O would end up with lasting damage because of them. No matter if it would be because of batman or not as well. Lost limb, eye, mute, whatever you find matching to scenario
Riddler
One of his traps manufactured but instead but stopping it he tried to keep it going to get Batman and it's hurt S/O arm
Damage was big so he immediately went to hospital
He expected it to be in casket but when talking to a doctor he said it did damage to the nerve system so S/O might have problem with moving their arm
Just sits there quiet in the first time, 'they-they will be okay, they will heal'
Makes sure S/O is comfortable and does everything for them nervously waiting
Then the day comes and... they have trouble moving their hand; they can't bend their fingers or even get the arm high enough
He goes through stages of grief, not believing , getting angry at Batman and blaming him, having a breakdown understanding it was his action and having a depressive episode
He started making amends and helped them get rehabilitation, they won't be able to use hand normally but at least it won't hurt
Finally he accepts it and promises to keep S/O safe, won't ever bring them on heist again
Scarecrow
He throw his toxin refusing to leave and S/O had to literally drag him out of there
He accidentally sprays them straight in the eyes and he just froze when S/O started screaming
Finally gets out he gave them antidote and id trying to clean their eyes with water just to get some of toxin out
S/O is heavely crying out, eyes really red
He sees that there's something wrong with eyes and when S/O starts calling for him asking where he is he's getting a heart attack
Gets a doctor to immediately look after S/O
After few hours his fear were confirmed and S/O got a damage to eyes making them almost blind, only able to see stains of colors
He just gets up and goes outside and after taking deep breath destroys the container with toxin while screaming bloody murder
Is with S/O 24/7, refuses to leave but doesn't talk
S/O need to have conversation with him, otherwise his guilt will never go away
Would be more clingy if S/O forgives him, never let's them by hurt again
Mad Hatter
He was attacking with an axe, just being in one of his 'no understanding reality' moments
That was until he hit S/O throat
He stopped when he saw red and S/O fearful expression
His hands started shaking while trying to stop the bleeding with his scarf
Immediately tells his henchmen to take medic quickly
Stays with S/O trying to calm them
Doctor was able to stop it but their vocal cords were damaged so they voice would be destroyed, if they could even talk
He refuses to take this information, just hugs S/O saying everything will be alright
But when S/O tries to say something and they can't because of pain reality hits him and only silent tears are now present
He will do whatever S/O wants, be their voice, pick them up, he won't even say anything if they want
Just anything so they won't leave
Even when S/O starts talking they can see how uneasy he is, their voice is a reminder of what he did
Black Mask
It was another gang fight and he was just shooting people
While doing it he destroyed chain that was holding metal barrels and they fall on S/O
When he realized what happened he goes "Fuck!" and runs to them
It's hard to pick the barrels which gives him panic attack, when he finally gets them out of the way he sees S/O legs are crushed
Starts swearing and picks them at yelling at henchmen to finish the job while drives S/O to the hospital
The doctors immediately put S/O on operating table while Roman walks back to back smoking and cursing at himself
When it's done doctors said they weren't able to save one of their leg and he almost throws doctor threw a wall
He goes to see them as just stares
He cannot say anything, just walks out and punches the wall
For the first he regrets hurting someone
When S/O comes back he makes sure give them best prostetic leg
Let's them hold his arm while trying to walk, makes sure his henchmen won't comment on that
Way sweeter and delicate than he's ever been
Kisses their prosthetic to show that he still loves them
It's a painful reminder
Scarecrow, Joker, Penguin and Black mask with albino S/O who works with them? How would they fit their ghostly, icy aesthetic with their own?
Scarecrow
Loves their appearence, it makes them look like a ghost or a vampire and he loves scaring people with that
Doesn't let anyone disrespect them
While it is scary it doesn't fit with Scarecrow horror so he wonders if there could be something to change in costume
In the end they represent different type of horror and he enjoys it very much
Joker
Loves the fact that their skin is natury paper white
Just gives them red lipstick with clown costume and they're good to go
Welcomes them to the club and for first time they don't feel excluded
Penguin
Loves their elegant look
Since albinos are more sensitive to a light he would give them a black umbrella
They look amazing together
Black Mask
Somehow absolutely fit together
He wear white suit with black mask while they wear black and are all white
Plus they both have red eyes
People are really intimidated by it, match made in hell

I have a challenge for you. I do not believe in "(s)he can/can't dance" thing. Too many styles. So what dance types sounds like the best for each villain? I go first, I headcanon riddler ebjoying electro swing(google sweet rascal choreography performed by takesomecrime. It's Riddler in my eyes. Have fun<3)

And of course Tap Dance, how could Mad Hatter not know how to Tap Dance

He definitely knows how to do wedding dance, Harvey knows the basic dance moves for the party but he is pretty good

He killed but there's something about horror atmosphere that make him uneasy; maybe the fact that he isn't in the control
