This is how it's done. Kids and families up until midnight, an open carnival, no cops in sight and not a hint of trouble anywhere. I'd go so far as to say, the people become the art here, just as the festival is entirely of and for the people. That's art, for me, all the way. Will try and word this better! All those years ago, when this building was a town hall, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose made his famous 'Give me blood and I will give you freedom' speech here (as well as in Burma among other places) while rallying the Indian National Army.
