Saretha had been warned twice, that approaching the Emerald Graves encampment uninvited was unwise. A Dalish druid who wanted no contact with anyone beyond her own people was not, by most accounts, an ideal first conversation. But Saretha had been sent to deliver warding materials and, more importantly, she understood solitude well enough to approach gently. She stopped at the edge of the clearing, letting her presence stretch outward like a soft ripple of Fade-light, subtle, deliberate, a mage’s courtesy meant to avoid startling anyone who valued their perimeter. When she spotted the figure bent over a cluttered table of herbs, tools, and what looked suspiciously like a Crow’s dagger, Saretha dipped her chin in quiet greeting. “I promise I’m not here to drag you into anything,” she said, voice warm but cautious. “I only brought the sigil stones your Keeper requested. And…” a small, almost wry smile “I was told it might be safer to hand them to you than leave them on the ground where your traps might object.” She set the small satchel down within Develva’s line of sight, making no move to step closer. “If you prefer I go, say the word. I just thought… it was polite to offer the delivery in person.” A pause, soft and sincere. “And to finally meet the druid whose experiments even frightened an Antivan Crow.”
