After all the years I spent playing videogames, I noticed something about romances in games: when a male character is gay, usually women players are just like 'oh that's fine, I will just make a cute male character to romance him' and usually have a pretty open and positive attitude towards this, often not really caring about the gender of the character they're playing as long as they like the romance, but when a female character is gay, men players often get pissed off and toxic just complaining and rambling, saying stuff like 'another lesbian in games! There's no longer straight women in games anymore!' and just go off these political rambles about the fall of society just because apparently they cannot withstand the idea of just making a female character to romance that woman instead.

I just Do Not Get It.

"what are you still doing here?" he asked, pausing beside their desk. "could've sworn i saw you leave hours ago..." his eyes drifted briefly over the scattered papers. "something on your mind, or are you about to go home and tell everyone your annoying boss is overworking you?" he teased, the corner of his mouth lifting into a rare smile.

People will watch a reality tv show and really say, “I can’t watch the real housewives anymore, there’s no real money there. In my new fave show this family has old money, ugh love them so much! Their influence!”

Meanwhile the aforementioned family gained wealth in like 1985, and are on a reality show.
