I accidentally missed my therapy appointment last week and she never contacted me to say anything about it, which had me feeling a little crazy in that "I don't matter" way, but I maintained.

And today, we stared at each other in silence for like, five minutes before she said we'll call it a day and just. Ended. I can't help but feel a little.. disappointed?..

I feel like sometimes I just need more guidance from her.. I hate the silent awkward staring. Its not that i don't have anything to say, it's that I don't know /what/ to say. Like.. im sorry that my entire sense of self and personality is only my art and stories :')

I wish someone else would come do the therapy like.. I can not be entrusted with this.
