Yeah it’d be like this really well-shot commercial with lots of color saturation and soft piano music playing while happy families smile at each other and then when the narrator says the word “feelings” there’s a fade in to a FREAKING PEPE JUST STARING AT YOU.

I love internet culture it's like an out of control blender whose top pops off and just COVERS EVERYTHING SUDDENLY

And like the fact that it happened almost instantaneously shows how well internet culture has  prepared for this moment. Within like 30 seconds the entire active user base realized, “tumblr screwup = hilarity = golden meme opportunity.” We’ve literally been trained by internet culture to identify memeable moments.

I'm thinking a ton about the strange things on my shelves rn. I have a picture of a family friend and her twin sons who are two years older than me that they gave me for my birthday. What is the strangest thing on your shelf?

that seems like a weirdly intimate thing to have on your shelf yeah

and i guess it depends what shelf were talking about, i dont spend much time in “my” room but the weirdest thing in there would probably be the metric fuckton of feathers strung onto fishing line, in sams room i think i left a squishy eyeball thing on their shelf thats currently coated in dust and glitter and fuck knows what else, and out here on the mantle theres a framed photo of the word “gay” that tinyshad3s mailed to us from texas, scattered pieces of a dismembered cactus and a bowl full of dried pickling salt and highlighter ink
