I think you're referring to Clarewood Apartments? That's actually pretty decent compared to what I found. Almost everything else was in the $800 price range.

Asshole anon. Spoiling things for people who haven’t read the books doesn’t make them happy to know in advance! It upsets them because they didn’t get to find out on their terms. :l
