A certain tuxedo-clad Rose Lalonde is perched on a chair near the photo booth, waiting rather impatiently. Dances aren't her most prized activity to go through with, especially on such a 'romantic' holiday - in all truth she's probably just being selfish. It's a habit she's picked up uncomfortably well when to came to Jade, making anniversaries and holidays times that she'd rather experience with her and only her.
Nevermind that, though - at the moment she actually spots her date in a light green pantsuit congruent to her own lavender one. A grin breaks out on her face slightly and she gets up, heading over to meet her halfway. "I take it you got held up with your botany homework?"
Rose: Give a Gift ==>
Rose had been trying to sneak in enough time to work on knitting Jade a sweater she'd planned out - which was difficult, considering the fact that they were in the same dorm. The blonde had eventually finished it; it was a green and red hooded sweater with buttons up the front, appropriately Christmas themed. Personally, it's always been better to have something Christmas-y before the holiday actually came up. She'd placed it on the small coffee table they had, wrapped in shimmering wrapping paper, although the package was quite lumpy.
When Jade came back into the dorm from whichever adventure she was putting faith into, Rose looked up from her book, rising from her crouched position on the floor and crossing her arms. "I see that the birthday girl left the dorm early enough so that I couldn't even give her my best wishes."
