Good for you for doing this for your health! And the turtle’s neck and head? Is it there for additional….something or another feel-good?
According to the extremely-fit lady dressed in yoga clothes from the picture-book which was included in the box, the "turtle neck and head" is intended to be used as back-support.
Or at the very least, I suspect it is intended to alert you before you slide too far backwards and end up on your backside.
(There were no assembly instructions. And yes I did put the back on the wrong way the first time I put it together… there were 4 wheels, a wire, and the back-rest… 5 pieces, and I got one of them wrong… which is a low "B". Unless you count the 4 wheels as 1 item, in which case it's a high "F"… )
