New movie @witchesmovie on @hbomax is catching heat from those with #LimbDifferences due to how those who are similar to them are portrayed .. While the star @annehathaway & @warnerbrosentertainment has both apologized.. I have been wanting to highlight an organization I recently became aware of the #luckyfinproject I recently received my #tenfingersareoverrated tee shirt. Which I think is absolutely awesome! Lucky fins mission is to CELEBRATE. EDUCATE. SUPPORT. UNITE. A Non-Profit aimed to raise awareness & support those with an upper limb difference.Creates a support network for parents across the U.S. and around the world. Links parents to medical information. Provides education on limb differences. (Note organization information is the from website.) http://www.luckyfinproject.org/ I have to say I am thrilled to see that there is an an organization like lucky fin in existence because growing I didn't know many people with limb differences . I felt completely out of place especially as teenager. Love yourself

Day after day I get stared at just because of the way I was born. I was born with #tarsyndrome a missing bone in both my arms. I used to get bullied as a child, causing my insecurities. But as I got older, I realized all of that just made me stronger, made me want to prove everyone wrong. I could do things everyone else could. My arms don't define who I am. And there are those who know me and they get mad at others and I tell them to pay no mind. Because I am more than just a female with short arms. I am someone for others with the same syndrome I have to look up to. Someone who anyone can look up to for not letting a disability get in the way of living and being who they are.
