Right, so my first attempt at drawing humans, at least after a while of drawing pretty much anything but humans. XP You can probably tell that I’m a simplistic artist. >3> Anyway, if you’re wondering how these two got into Limbotale, I’ll tell you.

So it’s not so much what either Frisk or Chara did, but rather it’s more of an anomaly of what happened. See, after a genocide run and when you can give your soul to Chara, what happened was after Chara got what they wanted and proceeded to bring the world back, the game was abruptly closed. This caused the data to metaphorically grind to a halt, and in turn jumbled some things. Everything that was in the middle of being recreated wasn’t able to regain tangibility, including the inhabitants, as well as Frisk and Chara themselves.

So now everyone’s basically dead, and any inanimate thing is mostly made of magic and spiritual energy, so the world is still interactable to those who were trapped by the anomaly. Also, Frisk and Chara glow red because they both share a determination soul, and subsequently they can’t venture very far from each other because of which. But since things can’t go back to the way they were, Chara now regrets the things they’ve done, mostly putting this world in purgatory; being as time no longer applies. So that means, no more going back to fix their mistakes… Frisk is still innocent Frisk though, as in their soul being not tainted by Chara’s nefarious ambitions. I suppose you could say that since being with Frisk, Chara got complacent with being able to redo moments in time, and now they can’t do it anymore. Talk about karma, eh? Oh the irony. Though it’s not completely their fault this time, but they did set things up for Limbotale to come into existence. :/
