BlogTember Day 9: Redraw a sad panel

(TW: Bullying)

This is the most regrettable decision made by Linda: make the innocent Greedent cry.

Linda is still has memories of some students bullying her because she's a Hisuian Zorua. So that's why she starts to yell at them to shut up. After that, she became more and more irritable, and at most times, she cannot control her anger. After she made a certain Greedent cry, she felt guilt and sadness.

Lady Linda would you like some cake? And you look lovely this fin evening.

“Oh no, a Mimikyu… I have a bad feeling about this…” She gets terrified by seeing a stranger Ghost-type…or just a human wearing a Mimikyu mask.

“Oh, thanks! I’m a bit hungry, so the cake wouldn’t hurt.” She accepts the plate of cake. “Mmm, this tastes really good…”

Inari: Ooh, can I ask what’s in that box? It looks rather important.

"Oh, somethin' caught your eye, buddy? This box contains sweets which makes you sober. I cannot tell ya what’s in here cuz it's an ancient family recipe  from my Hisui ancestors, but it has various berries and is suited by everyone with different tastes even if you don’t like sweet taste. Also you can taste this, even if you're already sober."

“Here, take one, I hope you like it.” Linda gives a sweet to Inari.

“Wow, I can’t believe you are a Rimi fan. You must be from our universe then…”

“Of course, burney… Name’s Fuegia, what bout yours?”

“Oh, mine’s Wil. It’s nice to see ya, Fueg-”

Soon they both hear the screams from the familiar voice. Wil got distracted from the second.

“Are ya alright, dude?”

“Y-yeah… but… I gotta go… Catch ya later!” He starts to run to the dancing hall.

He sees Linda is walking while she's upset.

“L-Linda???”

(Nick to Linda) What does C stand for? Is it your first initial?

“Stupid Greedent... YOU DON’T KNOW CHEREN HIGH??? It’s a famous school in Unova! It is named after a human who was also a Normal-type Gym Leader!!! My species are also part Normal-type! Ugh...!!!” She screams at Nick, because she does not know that school is not really famous at all.

“WH-what am I doing??? I’m gonna make little fella cry…” She did realize what she did because screaming isn't an option to explain.

Wil follows Linda, where she quickly walks to the gazebo. He sees Linda’s face, broken, lost of hope.

“Linda? Hey, how did you…?”

“Stop… Ya see, I’m not in the mood right now. I yelled at the guests. And they…they…*sob*” She cries a lot of tears. Some voices are playing in her head.

“Meanie!” “Look at the mirror! You’re ugly!” “Normal Zorua is better than you” “You’re not belong here!”

“I…I don’t belong here… Every time I talk to people, there’s always dumb questions, so I decide to yell… This memory… I still can’t forget it…” Linda remembers her time at school where some students bullied her.

“It’s not your fault that happened, it’s that bully memory that changed you completely. You need to always apologize for what you did wrong. Be kind, be strong, be yourself.” Wil said this with determination.

Linda is unsure how she’s gonna hold this with the apologies cause she didn't apologize after the previous conflicts (including the one particular event), but she accepts Wil’s proposition. After that she returns inside and sees upset Snow and Nick.

“Hey, you can still hate me, but I did the wrong thing when I yelled at you. I’m so sorry, it’s really wrong to do that… I need to be more softer when answering some questions, but when I do that…it’s…wrong. I hope you can understand.” She says kindly with a soft smile on her face.

And she needs to wait for the response. Do they accept the apology or do they still ignore her?

“Damn it, again? Why did I appear where some crazy shenanigans happen? Oh well, Mr. Tim wanted me to give something to Wil…” A Zorua in school uniform starts to mumble about that place.

Linda is temporarily available for gala asks.

(Either until 9/30 or when the important ask hints have been cleared.

“Hey, how are things with apologizing?” Wil gets curious about Linda's apology to Nick.

“Eh, could be worse, but I think it goes well.” Linda is a little unsure, but rooting for the better. “Also, I have somethin’ for ya.” She hands out a box of sober sweets.

“Wow, what’s that?”

“That’s, my dear, is what I can call sober sweets.”

“But…in the last party we didn't have alcohol cause it’s mostly the child's birthday party.”

“At the same party there was a fight so I checked on you. What is happening with those two who caused trouble?”

“I think…they apologized. I might have seen them do that.”

“I see, I’m such a fool, didn’t apologize after yelling…” Linda gets a bit guilty.

“Hey, if you’re not feeling good, should I take you home?”

“Yeah, yeah…”

Wil calls his friends to the back courtyard.

“Hey guys, it’s time for us to leave this party early.”

“What?” Rimi gets a little sad.

“Aww, we wanted to talk more…” same with Noelle

“WE DIDN’T DANCE!” Edin got outrageous at Wil. “Say, we should dance here, pleasepleaseplease!”

“Maybe next time, Edie… For now, I’ve a duty to do.”

Edin and Wil both hug and both promise to dance. Maybe not here, but somewhere.

“Also, Rimi, here is something for ya.” Wil handled the box of sober sweets to Rimi. “You probably need it.”

“Ah, thank you…ooh…a box full of sweets?” Rimi says

“That’s the sober sweets for ya.” Linda says

“Yes, haha, thank you so much…what’s your name?” Rimi says

“Oh, name’s Linda.” Linda says

“Oh, thank ya, Linda! And thank you, Wil, for stoppin’ here! Okay, now, let’s call Rotie.” Rimi calls Rotie. “Hey, Rotie! Use the Ultra Space to open a wormhole to our home.”

“Understood. Opening the wormhole.”

A wormhole has been opened to Aspertia City, Wil’s hometown.

“Alright, I think we should get going. Take care everyone!”

Wil and Linda have left the gala. Therefore, they are not available for asks.

“Oh, wait for me…”

“Noey?”

“I have something to do. Be right back.”

Noelle temporarily left the gala for something. She is not available for asks until she returns.

“Oh well, it’s just you and me, Edin.”

“Well, maybe we should drink with those sweets. Also we should not overdrink it, kay.”

They both went to the dining hall and got some champagne glasses to drink and chat, while waiting for Noelle.
