This is a sfw base but IDC if you make ns fw edits (just credit my alt account instead)
Normal rules, don't use for anything hateful or gross
You must have a program that opens either Photoshop files or clip studio files.
I highly recommend that if you use clip studio to download the clip file instead of the Photoshop file because the clip file uses vector layers and I think those are easier to make edits to than raster layers.
