Rhett definitely wasn't awkward about the sleeping bag thing at all but Link is always trying to act so hesitant when it comes to physical contact with Rhett. Eventually he did look more comfortable once he was actually in the sleeping bag though.

“Trying to act” being the operative words here. He’s always trying to pretend he doesn’t like it while obviously enjoying it.
