LINKTOBER DAY 15: Underwater

Been awhile since the last time i drew an underwater scene (and that time it was traditional LOL so I dunno if it counts). Still, I think it turned out okay.

ANYWAY this moment from the manga lives in my head rent free, so I really wanted to draw it.
