On a black crockery plate with beige markings is an omelette seasoned with black truffle salt. Next to it is a pile of mushrooms and tomato fried up in a bit of duck and pork rillette, and some wilted baby spinach. There are also four pieces of fried almond-meal low-carb bread. A fluffy toy white polar bear named Polly is enjoying the beautiful afternoon light.

Delicious linner with my friends kristina and Sam. I got a Galaxy bubble tea peach flavored :-) it actually has non-dairy yogurt in it. I also got their broth bowl. Make sure you order it without eggs and request the vegan broth.

Ramen night, cuz I don't wanna go to the store for more fruit and veggies right now.

My "snacks" for later: a bit of Yoplait source peach yogurt (low in cals!) And maybe some nuts like almonds or pistachios. Then before bed I'll have chamomile tea or lemon water with mio drops
