Life is Strange 2 Head Canons

Esteban and Karen met as teens and had a genuine loving relationship for the time being.

Because of the time period they were in, Stephen and Claire weren't supportive at first of their relationship, not liking Esteban due to his race, but as time passed by, they started to become more accepting and eventually loving him as he was apart of the family and happy to see him with Karen. Even picking Esteban's side when Karen left the family later on.

Esteban never disrespected them for their mistreatment towards him, he saw them as future family. Even after the split, he still wanted Sean and Daniel to keep in contact. But as a single dad, he never had time to take them to see their grandparents.

Lyla acted like if Sean was her twin, playfully bragging how she’s the older twin for being born first.

Daniel had a major crush on Lyla, saying how pretty she is and would even stumble around his words when around her. This would make Lyla happy and joking tease him too.

Lyla didn’t have a great home, she was an only child, so her parents would constantly make her to activities to be talented, and would criticize her for not doing a good job, or not doing at all what they instructed her to do. This tired Lyla to the point where it would lead to screaming matches with them constantly. They eventually believe Sean was a bad influence, since she acted less obedient towards them every time she comes home from his house as time goes by. They even tried to make Lyla stop seeing Sean, so she has to lie to get to keep seeing him from now on.

They would tell each other everything, including Sean telling Lyla how Karen left them at a young age, and Lyla telling Sean how her parents are strict and won’t give her any freedom to so what she wants. This caused them stressed where Sean decided one day to take his dad’s carton of cigarettes, saying it will release some of their stress. Which lead them to smoke.

Sean and Lyla said that if there’s anything they need from each other, there always be there. Saying just because they’re not blood related, doesn’t mean their related. Which eventually Lyla comes up with a plan to make with Sean, some sort of oath with each other. Eventually creating the original Wolf pack and being Wolf brother and sister. For jokes and giggles, Sean howls, which Lyla laughs, states she’ll never do it. Daniel heard the howls from his room and was interested in it.

Lyla once saw Sean staring at a boy longer than expected in the halls at high school while walking to class, the boy looked in their direction, which makes Sean look away all flustered. She was surprised by this since all his past crushes were girls, so this got her excitedly curious.

Lyla wanted to tease Sean about liking a boy and say it’s exiting to know Sean might be bi or even gay. But Sean had an uncomfortable and even worried looked on his face after looking away, she didn’t want to upset him.

One day while smoking on the backyard after school while Estaban took Daniel to the store to get some auto parts, Lyla ask if they’re telling each other everything. Sean said yes, which lead Lyla to ask what is happening with him and that boy he was looking at. Sean looked embarrassed and said she was being a bit too nose and should drop it again, but Lyla didn’t ask for being nosey. Lyla ask because she still remembers the face he made, ashamed, and wanted to let him know that she wouldn’t judge him at all and completely support him if he was either bi or gay.

Sean in a harsh tone told Lyla to drop it and says he doesn’t want to talk about it, which she eventually did until Sean ever wanted to talk about it first. Sean sees how he made Lyla upset by shouting at her, so in a soft spoken voice, he apologized and states that the boy he saw in the hallway was kinda cute. This made Lyla smile and hugged Sean, saying she accepts his apology.

Lyla would have gone with them if she was there when the incident happened, even leaving her home to catch up with them on the road. Since she sees Sean and Daniel as family more than her actual family at home.

Sean tells Lyla everything about going to Mexico and living there from now on.

Lyla always kept her phone charged and constantly watched any news media to know anything that is going on with Sean and Daniel.

Finn and Cassidy had a more sibling type relationship.

Sean and Finn did have a love scene in Finn's tent while Cassidy took Daniel by the lake to show her his power tricks so he won't know what was goin on.

Cassidy did like Sean from the beginning. Upset that she found out he liked Finn instead, but supported them and want them to be together.

Sean and Finn grew more emotionally attached towards each other that they eventually fall in love. Sean thanking Finn for showing him how much he can evolve to be a better person and Finn thanking Sean that he can love someone without any consequences.

In the hospital, Sean got frustrated at Finn for doing the heist, making Finn think Sean hated him and never wants to see him again.

Sean cries, angry for thinking he thought Finn died. He then proceeds to say he doesn't want to see another loved one get shot and end up dead. Finn gets up from the bed and kisses Sean by the window and tells him he loves him too.

Both promise to meet up again once everything gets better for the both of them. Even Finn promises to meet Sean in Mexico.

In the dream car ride. Sean tells Esteban that he kissed a boy.

Esteban proceeds to tell Sean his experience on how Stephen and Claire were at the beginning of his relationship with Karen. To say that he will accept Sean for liking a boy and will never be ashamed of him ever and not to worry.

Sean later tells him that he had sex with Finn at the tent, worryingly. Esteban ask how does he feel about it. Sean awkwardly but confidently states that it was the best experience in his life. Esteban laughs heartedly and praises Sean for becoming a man. Sean, tearing up, tells Esteban that he loves Finn, Esteban smiles, saying he wishes he could meet him.

Sean, now breaking down, tells Esteban he loves him and misses him. Esteban tells Sean he loves and misses him and Daniel too, and that he’s proud of his boys growing up and sticking together as family. He thanks Sean for being a good figure that Daniel can look up to, and overall being a good older brother that he always wanted him to be.

While Sean is done arguing with Karen while staying in the motel and smoke outside, she ask him standard questions to catch up. Saying if he has any friends, which he brings up Lyla and says she’s his best friend in the whole world.

Eventually asking if Sean has a girlfriend. Sean says no. Karen ask about his old crush from school to try to keep up the conversation. With a tough tone, Sean immediately states he had sex with a boy so she can stop talking. Karen looks at him with a surprised face.

Karen hesitates but says he accepts him. Sean, with a straight face, says Esteban already accepted him and only cares about what he has to say and her opinion means nothing.

When Daniel finds out about Finn and Sean kissing in the woods, Daniel was happy about it and wished they got together. Sean tells Daniel maybe in the future they can finally be official. This makes Daniel optimistic and exited, thinking he'll get a cool older step brother.

Sean talks with the older gay couple (I forgot their names and lazy to search up). Saying they're an inspiration, that it's great to see older couples finding someone they truly love no matter what age they are. One of them states love is love, and wishes for kids today to express themselves and find someone they love too.

Sean tells them that he finally seems himself as bisexual and talks about Finn, which gets them exited and wants to talk all about it. Which Sean gladly agrees. Sean leaves the conversation all happy and confident.

The ending is Parted Ways. Sean stays in Mexico, where he builds his new life. Years passed by, Sean is official an adult and a mechanic at Esteban's old place.

A car stops by, Sean ready to start the job he thought it was, only to find out it's Finn after years, stopping by to see him. Sean, with both tears in their eyes, runs to Finn, embracing him. Finn states that he told him he promised he'll see him once everything got better for them. They then kiss and finally spend time together as a couple. Which lead to marriage years later.

After a year has passed by with Sean and Finn being with in Mexico, Sean hears howling from outside. Sean curious by this goes to check what is going on, only to see Lyla. Both smiles in their faces after seeing each other. Sean eventually joins in with Lyla. Finn walking out in confusion while staring at the both of them.

Sean introduces Lyla to Finn and says that’s he’s his boyfriend, Lyla immediately runs towards Finn hugs him in excitement. They all bond together, causing the three to become close. Forming a new Wolf pack with Sean, Lyla, Finn, and Daniel.

Eventually, all four of them were eventually able to take on Finn’s dream of drinking coconuts by the ocean on day when Daniel was allowed to travel again.

(I wrote this while it was late and I was tired, and only wanted to write a few for fun, but I already wrote so much, it was too late to stop. So I apologize for some errors that you find, but I hope you get the jist of what I'm trying to say.)

Would side characters accept the boys after every ending:

Karen- yes

Esteban- accepts either high morality. I think he would feel like he failed the boys in blood brothers but accepts them. He understands why lone wolf daniel turned out the way he did

Claire and stephen- cant accept either low morality version of the boys

Lyla - high morality yes. I honestly can’t tell for low morality i think most likely no but i think theres a possibility for blood brothers but its EXTREMELY slim. Like i imagine Lyla to be ride or die but is she really??

Finn- he can accept any version of the boys. Moving on

Cassidy- she cant even accept stealing, theres no way she accepts murder- even if it is of cops. So high morality boys only

Chris- high morality only. Low morality boys would scare him

Brody- high morality duh. Im teetering for blood brothers because he was ok with that one cop dying and he said that sean needed to do what ever it took to protect daniel but does that include murdering a bunch of cops at the border? im not sure. He pities lone wolf daniel.
