The Federal Government has directed bursars of universities to compile a list of problems associated with the payment of salaries through the Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System (IPPIS).

1. Blood in stools[Oct 8-11] 2. Mild sensation as though I wanted to vomit[Oct 8]3. Sensation of a mild disconnect from reality.[Oct 8] 4. Chills [Oct 8] [Went into ER on October 8th] [Went into Gastroenterologist Oct 15th.] [Colonoscopy scheduled for Oct 22] 5. Woke up with sore throat[Oct 19] 6. Body aches[Oct 19] 7.Fatigue[Oct 19] 8. 11PM: Ate small bowl of pasta and was wracked with stomach pains.[Oct 19] 9. 12:20AM Began shivering violently, confirmed Fever of 101.8 at 4AM[Oct 20] 10: Went to hospital, new symptoms explained as Bronchitis and Sinusitis brought on by acute stress. Colonoscopy is still on.[Oct 20]
