Another old sketch I have inked + Some Shiokuro headcanons :

While Shiori uses terms of endearment (mostly dear, darling, honey), Kuroi still has trouble calling her by her first name.

Everyone except them noticed them gravitating toward each other, stealing glances at one another, being supportive/protective of the the other...etc but both Shiori and Kuroi were in too much denial to admit it.

Kuroi practised his confession in front of the cats at the café he worked at. He often talks to them about her, as they are fighting/biting him.

His boss heard everything, but pretended not to hear anything.

The day of the confession, the cats were never so restless, he ended up going all scratched up to see Shiori.

Back when she was in America, her band mates saw an old photo of him lovingly staring at her. Despite her denying everything, they knew.

Getting these two to finally confess their feelings was an event in itself. All of their friends celebrated upon hearing the news.

Shiori likes to crochet, while Kuroi likes to do pottery.

They give each other gifts of their own creation.

Shiori once knitted a scarf for him, he cried on the spot and refused to take it off even during the summer.

The first night they spent together, Shiori woke up mumbling about the people in the next room making too much noise (the 27 club ghosts were playing Uno), he did not sleep a wink that night.

Shiori randomly mumbles nonsense in her sleep, sometimes it's just a simple "I love you", some other times, it's just straight up gibberish, which can be both adorable and creepy to witness.

At some point, he got used to her sleep talking, he even makes conversation with her.

He was overjoyed to know that Jouji became his brother-in-law.

I like to think Hino was secretly hoping to set them up together by inviting them to his concert. Sadly, it did not go as planned for him, as we all know (thank you, Subaru).

Imagine his joy when he was invited to their wedding.

Kuroi often gets anxious in social settings, Shiori likes to take his hand in hers and squeeze it in reassurance.

Similarly, when Shiori gets anxious or finds herself spiraling, he silently hugs her until she calms down.

Kuroi is a terrible cook, however, he is willing to learn, specifically, secretly learning Shiori's favourite recipes (Prince is teaching him).

They just have this natural instinct to be protective of one another. Batman knows Wonder Woman could snap his arm if she really wanted to get past him yet she trusts his judgement and stops. Diana remembers that Bruce is mortal and willingly shields him as much as she can.

Intellectual connection, physical attraction, shared mission and willingness to die for each other = WonderBat in JL(U)

absolutely

- bernardo prefers speaking spanish but anita wants to learn more english so their conversations are often him speaking spanish and her answering in english unless things get heated

- anita doesn’t like to go to his boxing matches because she doesn’t like seeing him get violent

- sometimes she’ll send little snacks out with him, and it’s embarrassing but who is he to say no??

- anita’s very handy, so she fixes up and sews most of his clothing

- ”you ripped my shirt, white boy??? wait until my wife hears about this.”

- they love dancing together

- anita tries so hard for him and Maria to get along, and she sat them down for a talk

IM IN NABRINA HELL

OKAY SO I LOVE NABRINA??? ITS SO WHOLESOME BUT NOT??? Like damn what cuties. Nick never missed a day of drinking his respect women and supporting Sabrina juice. 100/10 we love a man who’s supportive.
