one day everyone will wake up and understand that bastila shan and revan’s character arcs are so deeply connected that it’s doing a disservice to both characters by trying to erase one from the other’s story
#this is targeted specifically at people (who know nothing of kotor) trying to minimize/erase bas from the story#which you cannot do at all! she is the secondary protagonist and very much the focus of certain parts of the story#and tbh playing through kotor for a second time makes it feel much more like it’s her story when you know whats going on#but also almost all the character development that she goes through happens because of her altercation with revan#and their respective arcs reflect each other: bastila receives the compassion she shows others#and revan gives the compassion bastila showed them.#so no revan didn’t just get brainwashed into being a jedi#and no bastila didn’t fall for no reason#bonded pair do not separate#literally though#star wars#kotor#revan#knights of the old republic#darth revan#bastila shan#revastila#revan x bastila
