Facer Creator, taking watchface design to the next level!
Hey Facers, since launching we’ve heard from some folks that they miss the mobile app. We’re looking at the possibility of creating a light mini-editor for mobile, but in the meantime we hope you’ll give the new web editor a spin. We made this video to show you around the awesome new web editor, we think you’ll really dig it.
We know the web editor is a big addition, but we’re here to help you navigate these new waters! We have received a lot of requests from our awesome community of designers for more functionality. We listened, and added a number of deep editing features along with handy things like Time Machine and drag and drop capabilities. The editor also comes loaded with presets so that beginners can confidently create custom watchfaces too.
With all of these additions the editor grew so much so that the awesomeness could no longer be contained within a mobile app. We cast off the shackles and moved the editor to the web, offering users yet another perk, a large editing canvas. When you’re all done, it’s simple to share your designs with the Facer community or your social media networks and sync your watchfaces to your smartwatch.
