Thank you @littlebrown for sending me this book! I always enjoy a book that challenges my comfort levels and really makes me think. 📚 Man. I really wanted to like this book. Creepy dystopian societies are usually my jam. But this was too much. In a really bad way. Sometimes its nice to change the type of reading and fall into something a little more poetic and beautiful. Grace reads like a classic novel. It's full of sentences that demand your attention and are haunting. A coming of age told in a time when life was hard and unforgiving. But even such a tragic background can't diminish the gorgeous prose. This book comes out July 11 and shouldn't be missed!
