Fun workout to get in some work on the arms and shoulders. Did all 5 sets and did the extra credit it suggested. Took it easy today since my left ankle is feeling a little shitty (it's that time of year feeling the metal in my leg lol). Easy workout, didn't even break a sweat. Little or big do something everyday and make it interesting.
