Well, I did it! I officially beat my eating addiction for good.
Back in the day, I would have eaten a whole medium pizza stuff crust plus an entire tub of Hagen Daz.
Now, a personal pizza (6 inch) with a regular crust plus 1/5 of the Hagen Daz is just fine for me. I don't want anymore and I don't feel stuffed. I even intend to go outside and play soccer with my son.
