Chop & producer Frost Gamble were in NYC promoting their new album “Respect Is Earned Not Given” which released on September 29th & features Kool G Rap, Planet Asia, rap battler DNA & Tragedy Khadafi - available on CD and digital formats from online stores worldwide.

Rap Is Outta Control is now broadcast every Thursday 10pm - 12pm EST on Sirius XM’s Channel 44.

Eastcoast rapper & producer duo Tone Chop & Frost Gamble released their new album “Respect Is Earned Not Given” through Miami label 22 Entertainment on September 29th.

Featuring Kool G Rap, Planet Asia, DNA, White Rhino & Tragedy Khadafi it’s available to buy on CD and digital formats from multiple online stores worldwide including Amazon, Bandcamp, iTunes and Spotify.

The pair were in New York a few weeks back promoting the album and were guests on DJ Eclipse’s Rap Is Outta Control show, broadcast now on their new slot every Thursday from 10pm – 12pm EST on Sirius XM’s “Hip Hop Nation” Channel 44.

As is customary, the show ends with a freestyle filmed by Bryan from The Beeshine TV. First broadcast live on air October 16th, the footage of Tone Chop & the show’s other guest Passport Gift has just been uploaded to Youtube.

East coast hip hop duo Constant Deviants released their fifth studio album “Omerta” on June 28th.

Baltimore rapper M.I. and New Jersey producer DJ Cutt also launched the “Tre Volte” freestyle video trilogy, a representation of how they first met and performed together in an era when “2 turntables and a microphone” was the rule and not the exception. “Straight No Chasers” is the final episode in the series premiered today by IMPOSE MAGAZINE

M.I. has also moved into the world of acting, and his new film “Six2Six” co:starring Treach, Syleena Johnson and Chief Rocker Busy Bee will be screened at Ralph McDaniels’ Hip Hop Film Festival this Friday, August 5th, at 8.30pm EST. It takes place at Harlem’s National Black Theater as part of the “Tales from the Hood” showcase – more details HERE
