Just for Today ( I choose freedom ) - Poetry Time !!
Today I made the choice to be free. To choose life. I don't know what will happen tomorrow. I tend to fear the unknown; the ocean in front of me. So right now, in this place, I am surrendering to you. My fear has brought only destruction. You continue to tell me that you want me to be free. Even though this is hard; you are my only hope, So I will give this freedom a try. So today I choose you God. I choose to let you fight for me. I choose to be still. The only thing i really know, is that you will remain the same. I know that you will never stop offering me more. So, today, i choose life. I choose freedom. Even if it is just for today.
By LiveSober i don't mean just living free from drugs and alcohol, but also from hate. If you are sober from your own hateful thoughts and other's hateful opinions, then you live with inner peace
Needless to say...
I miss marijuana. and 4/20, well that will be a very sad holiday. RIP.
